• Account Information: Licence key, plan details
• Device Information: Device ID generated locally on your device
• Usage Data: Session history stored locally on your device
• Connection Data: IP addresses for WebRTC connections (not stored)
• Camera/Microphone: Only when you explicitly enable sharing features
• Screen Content: Only when you explicitly enable screen sharing

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide remote desktop and video conferencing services
• Verify your subscription and licence
• Improve app performance and reliability
• Respond to support requests
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

3. Data Storage

• Session history and contacts are stored locally on your device only
• We do not store video, audio, or screen content on our servers
• WebRTC connections are peer-to-peer — media does not pass through our servers
• Licence verification data is stored securely on our servers

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data with service providers who assist in operating our platform, law enforcement when required by law, or business successors in case of merger or acquisition.

5. Camera, Microphone & Screen

ConnectDesks requests access to camera, microphone, and screen only when you explicitly enable these features in Phone Agent mode. These permissions can be revoked at any time from your device settings.

6. Data Security

• End-to-end encrypted WebRTC connections
• HTTPS for all API communications
• No storage of sensitive session data on servers

7. Children's Privacy

ConnectDesks is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
