Our Refund Commitment

JMK Technologies wants you to be satisfied with ConnectDesks. This policy outlines when and how refunds are issued. Last updated: April 1, 2026.

1. 7-Day Money Back Guarantee

New subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of their first purchase if:

• The service does not work as advertised
• You experience technical issues we cannot resolve
• You accidentally purchased the wrong plan

2. Non-Refundable Items

• Subscriptions cancelled after 7 days
• VoIP call credits once used
• Partially used subscription periods
• Accounts terminated for policy violations

3. How to Request a Refund

1. Email support@connectdesks.com with subject "Refund Request"
2. Include your licence key and reason
3. We will respond within 2 business days
4. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

4. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from app.connectdesks.com. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
