By downloading, installing, or using ConnectDesks, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Last updated: April 1, 2026.

1. Service Description

ConnectDesks provides remote desktop access, video conferencing, VoIP calling, and related services. The service is provided by JMK Technologies.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Access devices without the owner's permission
• Use the service for illegal activities
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service
• Share your licence key with others
• Use the service to transmit malware or harmful content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

3. Subscription & Payment

• Subscriptions are billed according to your chosen plan
• Payments are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled

4. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for service interruptions.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, content, and materials in ConnectDesks are owned by JMK Technologies and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JMK Technologies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
